Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the order placed in our online store, you can request a refund by submitting a claim within 3 working days of receipt of delivery.
The complaint must be sent by email to geral@terrario.pt presenting the situation, reasons for requesting the refund and including contact information. In matters related to the quality of the product received, it is advisable to send images, indicating the order number.
Due to the type of products sold and transport conditions, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the complaint is justified and Terrário considers the refund request justified, the amount of the product purchased will be sent by the same payment method (excluding transport costs).
